Mass-Trans Innovation Japan 2023 (MTIJ2023) will take place at Makuhari Messe from 8th to 10th of November.
MTIJ is Japan’s largest and all-encompassing trade fair dedicated to the railway industry. Description | Global standard of rail grinding Speno International S.A. was established in 1960, whose main business structures are based as contract rail grinding services, manufacturing, selling, and maintenance work of rail grinding machine. Since the establishment of the company, Speno have developed their own fleets with the newest technologies and realized to the products for customers, and Speno have consistently provided their high-level services to customers in the world. The greatest feature of Speno’s machinery is to realize the reprofiling of the cross-section profile of rails through many years of technical achievements in the field of rail grinding. In Japan, Nippon Speno K.K. was established in 1987, and they take care of maintenance work for rail grinding machines owned by customers, and supply of service through their contract grinding services by their own fleets. At present, 47 sets of grinding machines manufactured by Speno International S.A. are under operation in Japan. For more safety and stable operation of griding machines, Nippon Speno will improve their stocks of the necessary spare parts for providing adequate maintenance services, and Nippon Speno K.K. will proceed the maintenance policy from the outbreak maintenance method to the preventive maintenance method together with customers. Also, Nippon Speno K.K. continue to make their effort to improve their maintenance service skills to customers, to realize more safety and stable operation of customer’s machines. Regarding the manufacturing of grinding machine, Mecnafer S.p.A, who is 100% subsidiary company of Speno International S.A., take care of manufacturing/assembling of 2~4 sets of grinding machines per year. Completed new machines are checked at test track near factory as pre-shipment inspection, and the said machines are delivered by making sure for performance and quality. Concerning the manufacturing of grinding stones, ASI S.p.A., who is 100% subsidiary company of Speno International S.A., take care of manufacturing of the whole grinding stones used for the total line up of Speno’s fleets, such as the normal line grinder, switch grinder, grinder for LRT, etc., and supply the grinding stones toward customers all over the world.
