In its development process, MATISA carefully integrates the specific needs expressed by its varied customers. The company also knows how to take advantage of modules and basic components that are already tried and tested, reliable and of high quality. All MATISA machines are built in strict compliance with European standards, UIC recommendations and European machine safety directives. B 35 C – UNIVERSAL DISCONTINUOUS SINGLE HEAD TAMPING MACHINE The B 35 C is a single head universal discontinuous tamping machine. Primarily designed for classic lines, it is capable of processing track switches as well as the plain track. Thanks to its versatility, it is available for narrow and standard gauge networks and has four completely independent tamping units. Its high frequency elliptical tamping technology offers extremely high ballast compaction quality. B 45 UE – UNIVERSAL DISCONTINUOUS SINGLE HEAD TAMPING MACHINE The B 45 UE is a single head universal discontinuous tamping machine. Designed to handle with a great flexibility crossings and plain line, it can be used on standard, broad and narrow gauges as well as networks with limited axle load and very restrictive clearance gauge. Thanks to its conception, this highly versatile machine is easy to use and excels in the different encountered worksite situations. B 56 – CONTINUOUS SINGLE HEAD LINE TAMPING MACHINE The B 56 C is a continuous single head line tamping machine designed to handle Japanese narrow gauge and car clearance. Its compact design and working tools configuration allow the machine to work on almost any sleepers with a stable track geometry longer over time. TRR – RAIL RENEWAL TRAIN The TRR is a specialised renewal system designed for the continuous replacement of rails and fasteners. It achieves optimal efficiency when linked to rail exchange wagons. This combination provides a robust, safe, and sustainable solution to current rail renewal practices on heavy haul networks. M 10 – MEASURING CAR PLATFORM The M 10 is a measuring car platform which measures the general conditions of the track in a modular design regarding customer needs such as the geometry, rail profile and corrugation. Based on the contact or non-contact 3 points measuring, the reliability of the algorithm delivers a state-of-the-art measuring quality. It also integrates a live analysing system which will output the results directly during the inspection. |
